Upon purchase, you'll be able to instantly download the Artwork Copyrights Licensing Agreement signed by me for your order. You just fill it out, sign, and email it back to me at angelica@velvetkat.com.

This listing is to grant you copyright ownership of your custom illustration, whether watercolor or digital from my shop. For this license to take effect, you must add it to your order of a custom illustration and purchase them together (or anytime after you purchase your custom item). The license agreement is valid when signed, dated, and filled in with order #.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- If you purchased a custom fashion illustration from my shop, and in the future decide you want to print it on products to sell, message me your Order # so that I can verify your original purchase.

- This listing can't be purchased on its own, and can't be applied to any shop items that aren't custom

- With this License, you may print your illustration on unlimited products for profit. This License is for life.

- License is not transferable and not refundable.

- This Commercial License agreement works for up to 3 custom illustrations.

- You may not redistribute, repackage, sub-license, share or supply illustration files to a third party, in any way, shape or form.

- You may NOT sell your custom illustration on Etsy or as your own artwork. It MUST be printed on products.
